Diamond Dotted Insulation Paper (DDP)
Also known as: DDP Paper, Diamond Dotted Paper
Diamond dotted insulation paper is made by coating modified epoxy resin onto electrical insulation paper in a diamond-dot pattern. During coil drying and heating, the resin softens and cures, helping adjacent winding layers form a stable structure while preserving paths for oil penetration and gas release.
Dimensions, materials, tolerances and testing requirements are confirmed according to customer drawings and order specifications.
