Also known as: SH15 Amorphous Alloy Transformer; Low-Loss Distribution Transformer
The SH15 amorphous alloy transformer uses a low-loss amorphous-metal core to reduce no-load energy consumption in distribution systems where transformers remain energized for long periods.
Compared with conventional silicon-steel core materials, amorphous alloy strip has lower magnetization losses, making it particularly suitable for applications with long energization periods and relatively low average loading. The transformer adopts a sealed oil-immersed structure to protect the internal insulation system and reduce exposure of transformer oil to the atmosphere.
The product combines low no-load loss, compact construction and reliable cooling performance, helping reduce total operating cost over the service life of the transformer.
Urban and rural distribution networks, residential developments, commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, renewable-energy facilities and lightly loaded distribution systems.
