Design and operating characteristics

The transformer uses an optimized magnetic core and winding structure to reduce no-load and load losses while maintaining low operating noise and stable temperature performance. Its cast-resin insulation system provides strong mechanical strength, good short-circuit withstand capability, low partial discharge, and reliable long-term operation.

An intelligent temperature monitoring system continuously measures the temperature of each phase winding. Depending on the selected configuration, the system can automatically control cooling fans and provide over-temperature alarm and trip signals.

Grade 1 refers to the applicable Chinese energy-efficiency classification under GB 20052-2024. It is not presented as equivalent to EU, Canadian or U.S. efficiency classifications.
