Boreviax Grade 2 energy-efficient dry-type transformers provide a balanced solution between initial equipment cost and long-term operating efficiency. Available configurations can be designed to meet Grade 2 requirements under GB 20052-2024 for applicable voltage and capacity ratings.
Final voltage, capacity, losses, impedance, accessories, dimensions and applicable standards are confirmed according to the project specification and quotation.

Design and operating characteristics
The transformer combines an optimized core, reliable cast-resin winding insulation and an intelligent temperature protection system. It delivers low losses, stable temperature performance, good mechanical strength and reduced maintenance requirements.
The oil-free design makes the transformer suitable for indoor locations where fire safety, environmental protection and reliable operation are required, while maintaining a more economical initial investment than higher-efficiency configurations.
Grade 2 refers to the applicable Chinese energy-efficiency classification under GB 20052-2024. Project requirements for other markets must be reviewed against the relevant local standard.
