The SC(B)H series combines a low-loss amorphous alloy core with cast-resin dry-type transformer technology. It is designed for applications where transformers remain energized for long periods and no-load losses represent a significant part of total operating cost.
Compared with conventional silicon-steel core designs, amorphous alloy materials can substantially reduce no-load losses due to their low magnetization requirements and thin strip structure. The core can be encapsulated with resin and heat-resistant sealing materials to improve corrosion resistance, reduce vibration and prevent fragments from affecting the windings.
Vacuum-cast resin windings provide mechanical strength, low partial discharge and reliable thermal performance. Optional forced-air cooling and intelligent temperature control can further improve operating flexibility.
Urban distribution networks, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, renewable energy facilities and sites where long-term energy savings are a priority.
